A Message from the Editor

As a little girl growing up in Green Pond, South Carolina, I have always had big dreams. I would sit on the porch and just meditate about the world. I would read about faraway places, but never thought that I would have the opportunity to travel to those countries, but by the grace of God, I have traveled to the following continents and countries: Africa, Asia, South America, North America, Europe, Canada and Mexico. My plans are to visit Australia, but not Antarctica.

God has also given many ideas that I have not acted on. Years ago when my daughter was in third grade, I came up with a pen light for her science project. I put together a pen and mini flashlight. Years later this idea hit the market and now it is a billion-dollar industry. I have several more ideas, but for now I will talk about just one. By the way, I am writing this a month and a few weeks from my 68th birthday. With God’s help, it is never too late. Moses was called to save his people at 80 years old.
